Refund policy
  • Bought in your free trial: cancel before the free days end for a full refund. The same goes for a renewal paid early: cancel before it starts.
  • Annual plan: refund possible in the first 3 months.
  • 6-month plan: refund possible in the first month.
  • Monthly plan: no refund once it starts.
  • How much you get back: we keep ₦1,000 a month for the main student and ₦700 a month for each extra student, for every month started. Example: annual plan cancelled in month 2: ₦5,000 − ₦2,000 = ₦3,000 back.
  • If you cancel: practice carries on until the end of the month already paid for.
  • When the plan starts: when your 3 free days end, even if your student hasn’t started. Free days not started? Paying starts them. Free days used up? The plan starts the day you pay.
  • If Jaxx is down for more than 3 days in a row, we add the lost days back to your plan.
Daily practice

Each student can answer up to 150 questions a day, about 15 short sets. It keeps practice healthy and fair. Streaks and progress carry on as normal. Students can also take 1 full JAMB-style mock a day.
